About the Retreat

Join us for a weekend of movement, mindfulness, and nourishing food in a luxury countryside escape in East Sussex. Designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect — with nature, and with yourself.

Each day includes 3–4 sessions blending Strength, Conditioning, and Dynamic Pilates to energise the body, alongside Deep Stretch and guided meditation to help you slow down. You’ll also enjoy a creative beading workshop with Daisy Lilly and a practical nutrition talk.

The menu, curated by Hayley North, features locally sourced, nutrient-rich meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks — all designed to fuel you well.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer, and fully reset.

Meet Your Hosts

Jaz – Founder, Train Yard

Jaz founded Train Yard in January 2022 after working as a Personal Trainer in central London. She’s a qualified Personal Trainer, Reformer, and Mat Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people build strength, move well, and enjoy the process. Her approach is rooted in performance over aesthetics, with a focus on long-term, sustainable progress. Jaz believes fitness should feel good, fit around your life, and always be about you. No extremes — just smart, holistic training that supports both body and mind.

Lauren - Personal Trainer

Lauren is Level 3 qualified in both Personal Training and Nutrition. She believes exercise is something that should be made to be fun and enjoyable in order to create healthy habits! She boasts about the benefits for your mind, soul and body. Her specialism is in both Strength and functional training, creating full body workouts that help with health and gain strength whilst having fun!

Tucked away in a protected Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Fair Oak Farm offers the ideal setting for a weekend reset — peaceful, private, and just over an hour from London.

The retreat space includes a mix of character-filled accommodation: a Grade II listed farmhouse, converted barns, eco-lodge tree houses, and Shepherd’s huts — all within beautifully maintained countryside.
