Structured Strength Sessions

Our Strength sessions are organised into four-week blocks, accommodating 7–12 members per class. Each 50-minute session is designed to ensure consistent, week-on-week progress.

Comprehensive Workouts

Each full-body session emphasises a main compound lift, which you'll work on throughout the four weeks to build strength and technique.

Train Yard Wapping is located in the Metropolitan Wharf building, just a short walk from Wapping overground station, with Shadwell also under a 20 minute walk away.
