With locations in Clapham and Wapping, Train Yard is dedicated to helping you achieve lasting results. We know starting a fitness journey can be tough, which is why we leave judgment at the door. At Train Yard, we pride ourselves on a welcoming, friendly environment – no egos, no cliques. Our passionate coaches are here to support you every step of the way, and our community is like no other. 

Train yard is the first gym at which I have felt motivated and supported enough to show up regularly and work out consistently. The space is excellent, the trainers and wonderful – they are positive and encouraging but also take the effort to teach you to exercise correctly (instead of just yelling at you to do more reps). Huge thanks to Jaz and the team for all your efforts !

I started going to this studio after moving to Clapham last year. Honestly, it’s one of the best places you can go to. They have different kinds of classes, which are really fun and great for all fitness levels. The trainers are all very friendly. The strength classes with Chloe are absolutely amazing. She’s got really amazing energy and you are encouraged to improve your posture and strength and before you know it you are lifting weights which you never thought you could lift! Highly recommend Train Yard!

Each of our 50 minute Strength classes are programmed in four week blocks, with every session emphasising a main compound lift. This means you can see tangible progress across all your lifts, every week.

Comprehensive Workouts
